Returns & Refunds

Our Returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you must contact us within 14 days of placing the order.


you can cancel your order at any time within the first 14 days of purchase. if you would like to cancel your order please email [email protected] and on the subject field please put your order number.

International Order Cancellations 

if you would like to cancel your order please email us immediately after ordering. All international orders are dispatched the next day at 4pm.

If the parcel has left the UK, unfortunately we will unable to cancel the shipping as it is in transit.

you will have two options

  1. you refuse delivery
  2. return the item yourself

if you refuse delivery then UPS will charge us for the return. If you use option 1 return to sender, then we will email you and inform you of the return to sender cost, and deduct the cost from your refund.

If you return the item yourself then you are responsible for shipping cost.

We advise that when you are sending the parcel back to us that it is insured.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or debit card or the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account., it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges(if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] with the order number as subject and send your item to:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or cancelling the order.

Returned item Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless it was free shipping or the order was not dispatched)

If you are returning an item from Europe (outside of the UK) you will not be refunded shipping cost. if you have declined the delivery (return to sender) as you no longer want your order you will have to bear the cost of return via UPS.

If you are returning an item or item’s over £15.00, you should always consider using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance with the company. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
