Nasty Juice FAQ’s

Welcome to the Nasty Juice FAQ’s page! Here, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about our products. Whether you’re new to vaping or an experienced user, our FAQ will guide you through everything you need to know.

FAQ’s – What is Nasty Juice?

Nasty Juice is a premium e-liquid brand known for its high-quality ingredients and bold flavours. Our collection offers a variety of e-liquids designed to provide smooth vapour and intense flavours with every puff. Whether you’re just starting or a seasoned vaper, Nasty Juice has something for everyone.

FAQ’s – What is Nicotine Salts (Nic Salts)?

Nicotine salts, also known as Nic Salts, are a type of nicotine used in e-liquids. Unlike regular freebase nicotine, Nic Salts deliver a smoother throat hit and are absorbed faster by your body. As a result, they provide a quicker and more satisfying nicotine experience. Many users prefer Nic Salts for a gentler throat hit, making them ideal for those transitioning from smoking to vaping.

What is a Shortfill?

A shortfill is a bottle of e-liquid that is partially filled, leaving space for you to add a nicotine shot. This makes shortfills ideal for vapers who want to customize their nicotine strength. For example, you can add a nicotine shot to increase the nicotine content based on your preference. Shortfills allow for greater flexibility in your vaping experience.

How Do I Add a Nicotine Shot to a Shortfill?

Adding a nicotine shot to a shortfill is simple. Here’s how:

  1. Open the bottle and remove the cap.
  2. Add the nicotine shot to the bottle, filling it to the top.
  3. Replace the cap and shake the bottle well to mix the nicotine.

Nicotine shots usually come in 10ml bottles, and adding one to a shortfill will boost its nicotine strength by 3mg.

E-Liquid Composition

Our e-liquids are made with a blend of Propylene Glycol (PG), Vegetable Glycerin (VG), flavourings, and nicotine. Some e-liquids may also contain a colouring. Here’s a breakdown:

  • Propylene Glycol (PG): PG is a high-quality, pharmaceutical-grade ingredient that creates a throat hit when combined with nicotine and flavours. This gives the e-liquid a more traditional smoking feel.

  • Vegetable Glycerine (VG): VG helps produce larger vapour clouds and carries more flavour. It is thicker than PG, making for a smoother vaping experience. Our FAQ explains that some of our juices are 100% VG, meaning they contain no PG at all. However, “Max VG” does not necessarily mean a juice is completely free of PG; it simply means there is a higher VG content.

Is Nicotine Harmful?

Nicotine itself is harmful, and there is ongoing debate about whether e-liquid nicotine is more harmful than nicotine from cigarettes. However, much of the negative attention around nicotine comes from its combination with tobacco in cigarettes. Tobacco smoke contains harmful chemicals like tar and carbon monoxide, which make smoking far more dangerous than nicotine alone.

What Nicotine Strength Should I Choose?

If you’re new to vaping, we recommend starting with a 12mg nicotine strength. This strength mimics the throat hit of a cigarette and delivers a similar nicotine amount. Once you feel comfortable, you can adjust the nicotine level to suit your needs.

Are These Products Suitable for Vegetarians?

Yes, all of our products are suitable for vegetarians. We use plant-based ingredients, ensuring that our e-liquids meet vegetarian standards.

Why Does My E-Liquid Sometimes Change Colour?

When exposed to air and light, some e-liquids may change colour. This is completely normal and doesn’t affect the quality of the juice. However, if your e-liquid turns dark brown or black, this could indicate the need for a new atomizer head or a tank replacement.
