In the past few years the popularity of e-cigarettes as a stop smoking aid has skyrocketed in the UK. Being far less harmful than cigarettes and used to help quit smoking.

With thousands in the UK that have already given up smoking aided by e-cigarettes, the evidence is growing that they can be effective.

E-cigarettes help in managing your nicotine cravings providing you are using the right strength nicotine in your e-liquid.

According to a major UK clinical trial published in 2019, e-cigarette users are twice as likely to quit smoking compared to people who use other nicotine replacement products such as gum and patches. (Royal College of Physicians, 2016)

There are strict regulations in the UK for e-cigarettes and e-liquids. This is to ensure safety and quality.

There is no evidence vaping is completely risk free however Public Health England state vaping is 95% safer than smoking.

The harmful tar and carbon monoxide produced by traditional cigarettes is not present in e-liquids. Also, there is no evidence so far that vaping causes harm to other people around them, in direct contrast to second-hand smoke from cigarettes which is known to be very harmful to health.
