The grapes are whole cluster, and aged in cement, before a 2 month passage in foudre to soften up even more before bottling. Basically declassified Cornas from its most renowned producer. Lighter and more fruit forward than its higher ranking cousin, but still lovely Northern Rhne Syrah. Pair it with juicy homemade burgers on the cast iron, ideally
