Etienne Calsac 'Les Revenants' Champagne Brut Nature, N/V flavored whisky This is a wine we’dThis Champagne is made from 50% Pinot Blanc, 45% Petit Meslier, and 5% Arbanne. In 2010, Etienne replanted these "forgotten" Champagne varieties in one of his family's vineyards in the Cte de Szanne. His goal was to revive the varieties and make an old fashioned or, ' l'ancienne' wine. This is a seriously unique and delicious wine. It is aged for 30 months under cork before disgorgement, giving it a pleasant roundness under all that mouthwatering
