Caparsa aims to showcase the terroir of Chianti, specifically in Radda, and ages its wines in cement, instead of oak. You will be met with bright acidity wrapped in grippy tannins, showcasing the wine's vitality. It would do great with a nice decant, or tucked away to age for couple years.
